Visiting artists must obtain the appropriate Oregon licensing before tattooing at Cherry City Classic. Space is limited, and all artists must be approved by the event before beginning the licensing process.
Due to limited artist space, all artists must submit an inquiry and receive approval from event organizers before registering for the show.
Out-of-state artists should not apply for an Oregon temporary tattoo license specifically for Cherry City Classic until they have been accepted.
1. GET APPROVED
Submit your Cherry City Classic artist inquiry. Once accepted, we'll provide our event license number.
2. APPLY FOR YOUR LICENSE
Complete Oregon's temporary tattoo license application and submit the required fee and documents to the Oregon Health Licensing Office. New applicants need a photo ID and current bloodborne pathogens certificate. Renewals need a photo ID.
3. SUBMIT BY MARCH 1, 2027
Your complete application must be received by March 1. Late applications will not be accepted.
